Head of IT

Responsibilities:

·         Responsible for company’s information technology infrastructure & supervises IT staff to ensure new and existing projects are accomplished in accordance with organization’s strategic goals / objectives

 

·         Establishes, plans, and administers the overall policies and goals for IT department within a division.

 

·         Analyzes the needs of respective departments within the division and determines ways to meet business objectives by modifying existing or developing new information processing systems

 

·         Manage the entire System Development Life Cycle to deliver consistent and quality work

 

·         Work with Support, Development and Infrastructure team to implement IT solutions to customers

 

·         Monitor project expenditure for IT to ensure the projects are within budget set & to initiate exception approval if otherwise

 

·         Formulate and implement business continuity and disaster recovery plans

 

·         Identify future challenges and IT landscape as well as developing mitigation strategies

 

·         Oversee departmental budgeting and forecasting within the organization

 

·         Identifying and recommending new technology solutions

 

·         Directing IT staff recruitment and supervising employees

 

Requirement:

·         Minimum 10 years of experience in Information Technology roles

·         Experienced in leading / guiding a team

·         Project planning and management skills

·         Problem solving skills and an analytical mindset

·         Excellent leadership, prioritization and organization skills
