We are currently recruiting for 2 scaffolding supervisors, to oversee all scaffolding construction activities on site, ensuring scaffolding contractors’ work performance and schedule, meets the requirements for scaffolding installation.

 

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

 

·         Advising & assisting site management in drafting and communicating Method Statements, Safe Plans of Action and Tool   Box Talks

·         Design, construct and certify scaffold in support of maintenance and turnaround operations

·         Train sub-contractors, in safe scaffold erection, stripping and certification practices and procedures

·         Inspect scaffold holdings for compliance to local and industry standards

·         Ensure that the contractors scaffold material is of an approved type and that contractor scaffolders are experienced and   qualified in its use

·         Ensure that all scaffold structures and false work are controlled by a scaftag type system

·        10 years Scaffolding Supervisory experience in an Oil and Gas or Petrochemical Construction environment

·         International diploma related to scaffold engineered designs, erection, dismantling and inspection

·         Technical certification as scaffold specialist and trainer of scaffolders.
